After giving birth, your body needs time to recover, and understanding what to expect can ease this transition. Postpartum preparation helps you create a support system, plan for rest and nourishment, and navigate the emotional highs and lows that often accompany new parenthood.
It ensures you have practical strategies in place for feeding, bonding, and adapting to your baby’s needs while prioritizing your own well-being. Without preparation, parents may feel overwhelmed by the demands of this period. By planning ahead, you set yourself up for a smoother recovery, a deeper connection with your baby, and a more joyful start to this transformative chapter of life.

Group Class
Join me for 5 weeks as we meet with others expecting around the same time you are. Each week we will explore different topics together that will help you and your support people navigate the postnatal period. This workshop is intended for you and your partner/support person, and also helps establishes a rich sense of community with others.
Cost: $450 for 5 weeks.
One-on-One
Having trouble carving out time? Let’s do a deep dive held in your home, making it easy for you and your partner/support person to get the benefits of our 5 week workshop. This private session is condensed into a 4 hour session. While you don’t have the benefits of prenatal community in this option, I do like to provide you with some local resources for groups you can attend postnatally.
Cost: $250 (includes a sample of one of my stews and teas)
