LITTLE DARLING DOULA
Doula Offerings
Welcome to Little Darling Doula Postpartum Services!
Congratulations on this incredible new chapter of your life. The postpartum period is a time of profound change and transformation, and my goal is to nourish every part of your being as you transition into parenthood.
Together, we’ll focus on nourishing your inner body, ensuring you have the sustenance and care you need to feel supported. If you’re unsure where to start with feeding yourself during this busy time, I can guide you with lovingly prepared meals, whether through delivery or in-home meal preparation, crafted to meet your nutritional and emotional needs.
We’ll also work on nourishing your mind, creating space for emotional processing and healing. Through practices like Havening, meaningful ceremonies, or rituals like Closing of the Bones, we’ll honor your journey and hold space for your unique story.
Finally, we’ll turn to nourishing your outer body with gentle, relaxing physical touch, soothing treatments like castor oil packs, and restorative care such as sitz baths, helping you feel grounded and connected.
This sacred time deserves care and compassion, and I am here to offer both as we create a tranquil, nurturing space for you to thrive.
Let’s thrive, not just survive.
A postpartum doula is a supportive presence focused on nurturing the entire family as they adjust to life with a new baby. Their role extends beyond newborn care to include the well-being of parents, offering both practical assistance and emotional support during this transformative time.
With a focus on non-medical care, a postpartum doula helps parents recover more quickly and gain confidence in their new roles by addressing questions, sharing guidance, and providing reassurance. They are mentors who gently and non-judgmentally empower parents to explore and develop their own unique parenting style.
By offering a steady, knowledgeable presence, a postpartum doula helps ease the challenges that come with caring for a newborn, creating a supportive environment where families can thrive.

Limitations of Practice:
Medical Limitations: I cannot diagnose medical conditions or administer medication.
No Deep Cleaning: I do not perform deep cleaning tasks.
No Child Transport: I cannot pick up or drop off children to appointments.
Baby Sitting Restrictions: I cannot watch the baby or other children while parents are away from the home.
My packages are designed to provide you with the support you need to recover, bond with your baby, and navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence. As your postpartum doula, I remain flexible to meet your changing needs with care and compassion. Here’s an example of what our time together may look like:
Week 1
3 sessions (4 hours each): I arrive within the first few days postpartum to support your recovery. We focus on physical healing, filling your fridge with nourishing meals, and setting up rhythms with your baby. These sessions can be consecutive or spaced out, depending on your needs.
Week 2
2 sessions (4 hours each): With healing underway, we prioritize pockets of rest, nourishment, and body work. This is also a time to address feeding challenges or explore any needed areas of support.
Week 3
1 session (4 hours): By now, you’re gaining confidence. We focus on rest, nourishment, and self-care. Many families enjoy taking a stroll or finding moments of mindfulness during this week.
Week 4
1 session (3 hours): You’re finding your groove! This session often includes a mix of body work, meal prep, and helping you carve out a little time for yourself—like a shower, nap, or quiet moment.
Week 5
1 session (3 hours): This week mirrors Week 4, with a continued focus on your well-being and practical support as you ease into your new routines.
Week 6
1 session (2 hours): This final session is a chance to reflect on your journey. Together, we can hold space for a meaningful ceremony, body work, or simply celebrate how far you’ve come.
Throughout these six weeks, I provide flexible, responsive care tailored to your evolving needs—whether it’s meal prep, body work, coaching, or emotional support. You also have the option to add hours a la carte for continued care up to 12 weeks postpartum.
