Let me take care of your postpartum nourishment with a meal delivery service tailored to your needs:
Includes a consultation to plan a nutrient-rich menu that aligns with your recovery and cravings.
Home-cooked meals prepared, portioned, and labeled for easy heating and eating.
Delivered straight to your fridge in eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
All dietary restrictions and preferences are thoughtfully considered.
Fee: $420, includes grocery costs for 2 different soups/stews, a breakfast, “mother’s bowl” of your choice, and snack. Each meal is 4-6 servings. Additional costs apply for Protein choices.
In-Home Nourishment Package

Weekly grocery lists and menus are provided. Let me shop for you or stock your kitchen with ingredients.
Meals are cooked in large quantities for immediate enjoyment or freezer storage.
Your kitchen is filled with delicious aromas and ready-to-eat, nourishing meals.
Fee: $250 for a 3-hour cooking session (plus grocery costs)
